TIPC

People are different. Many of those differences require that we adjust our approach to dealing with others. This class uses a self-assessment tool to discover how these differences can be described. At R2Learn, we use the TIPC system which parallels closely the more widely used (but much more expensive) DiSC or Myers Briggs systems. There is no right or wrong; no good or bad. There is just: different. This class is a prerequisite for sellers who wish to later participate in these classes: Selling the T, Selling the I, Selling the P and/or Selling the C.
